Dr. Farooqui leads New Tampa Internal Medicine. Dr. Farooqui graduated from the University of Chicago before studying medicine at the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He served his internship in internal medicine at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Farooqui speaks several languages, including English, Spanish, Urdu, and Hindi.
